DJ Dave Soul

Originally from Chicago, Dave relocated to New Orleans and went on to become one of the premiere party DJs in the city, performing under the name “Dynamite” Dave Soul. Along with two of his Delgado Community College classmates, Dave formed a deejay crew called “The S.W.A.T. Team,” which had a show on New Orleans’ first live internet radio station, Fly-FM.net, until the year 2000. Displaced by Hurricane Katrina, Dave Soul now lives in Atlanta, though he returns often to perform in New Orleans.
